- The Blue Letter Bible online offers several translations, and also links to a concordance, a Greek lexicon, maps, charts, dictionaries and encyclopedias, timelines, commentaries, etc. Versions offered include King James (default), New American Standard, New King James, New International, Revised Stardard, Darby, Young, American Standard, Webster, Vulgate (Latin), and New Living Translation.
- One-Year Bible Blog: "The purpose of this website is to encourage you to read through the entire Bible in a year. This encouragement to you is offered in two simple free ways - 1. This daily blog with reflections, commentary and questions. 2. Weekly free e-mails filled with encouragement, commentary, and questions." Recommends use of Tyndale Publishers 'One Year Bible' because each day's readings are ogranized in one place, but any version is fine. Also links to readings online. The reflections and commentary are written by Mike, "an average dude" in his 30s, who has an "evangelical-postmodern view of things."

- Girardian Reflections on the Lectionary is a website maintained by Paul Nuechterlein with lectionary reflections and questions that focus on Rene Girard's 'anthropology of the cross'. "In Jesus Christ, truly divine and truly human, we see both that God is Love and that we human beings are forever trying to make God into something else."
- Ecological Notes on the Common Worship Lectionary: The notes are "examples of the kinds of way in which one preacher [Keith Innes] has tried to apply a traditional exegesis of Scripture to questions of ecological responsibility."
- Alternative Worship.org is an good resource for worship planning. Sections include Theory: the theory and theology of Alternative Worship; Practice: how to do Alternative Worship - practical advice and instruction; and Directory: where to find Alternative Worship groups and resources.
- ikon community, "iconic, apocalyptic, heretical, emerging, failing." In Northern Ireland. "'Ikon’ is a community's attempt to speak of the unspeakable, to describe the indescribable, to explain the inexplicable. It is an attempt to struggle with the bedazzling presence and absence of God, with the joys and suffering of faith, with love and lost love, life and death. ... They have cells (small groups); a late night discussion group ("'The Last Supper' is an underground, late night, discussion-based community comprised of twelve individuals. At each gathering we invite an influential public figure with controversial views to join us for a meal and some wine in a low-lit, secret location."); an evangelism project, a group of what we might call 'elders,' which they call 'The Cyndicate' -- "dysfunctional, angst-ridden group" individuals who "meet in a smoke filled, secret location once a week to plan world domination;" etc!
